We release early, watch how a tool is really used, and improve it in small, steady steps. A tool is never "done" while people use it.
Makers on support
Support inboxes are answered by the people who wrote the code. It keeps us honest and it keeps the tools improving where it matters.
What we believe
One job per tool
We'd rather ship ten sharp single-purpose tools than one bloated suite. If a feature doesn't serve the job, it doesn't ship.
Respect by default
Free tiers that work, honest labels on what's paid, no dark patterns, and no account walls where none are needed.
Speed is a feature
Utilities exist to save time. Every one of ours is judged on how fast it gets you from problem to result.
